Callunah Curated Goods – Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items for a refund within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking information. 
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@callunahcuratedgoods.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, you may ship your item(s) to the address below:

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.
  • Your refund will be for the full product amount minus any original shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom pieces cannot be returned.
